Therapy For You
And Your Relationships
APPROACH TO THERAPY
Being in relationship with others is a universal human experience, though it doesn’t come without challenges. The way we show up in our relationships with others and ourselves sets the foundation for our lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship issues, complex family dynamics, grief, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for clients to authentically explore their emotional worlds and relational challenges.
As a relational, systems-based therapist, I practice from a lens that always considers trauma, social contexts, power dynamics, and the influence of broader systems that directly impact personal well-being, relationships, and communities.
I strive to foster trust and openness while holding clients accountable to encourage meaningful and long-lasting growth. I am dedicated to helping clients build stronger, more fulfilling connections with themselves and others.

Relationship Challenges
Relationships are a fundamental aspect of our existence and can cause just as much happiness as heartache. I walk alongside clients to help them navigate complex relationship challenges, individually or within couples. I commonly work with breaches of trust, relationship discernment, complex family dynamics, communication and conflict challenges, and intimacy issues. I’m here to provide guidance and an unbiased perspective during challenging times.

Grief & Loss
Grief and loss can cast a heavy shadow over our day-to-day lives. We most often think about grief related to the death of a loved one, but it can be experienced in many forms throughout our lifetime. Grief can be experienced following the ending of a relationship, as we transition through different periods of life, and within environments and systems. Working together, we’ll make ample space for grief and move through at your own pace.

Trauma
Trauma can come in all shapes and sizes, and it can have a profound impact on the mind, body, and spirit. Years after a trauma, it can resurface as hypervigilance, anxiety, depression, or difficulty in relationships. Utilizing a combination of traditional talk therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), we will work together to understand and manage your emotional distress and uncover deeper levels of healing.
